Jo heads up the shape team and is the salon owner. She has been working in the hair and beauty industry for 24 years. Having previously worked in salons in Seaford and Eastbourne, she is now proud to be a Lewes hairdresser and business woman. Jo joined Shape in 2009. Her work is meticulous and creative in both hair & beauty. Specializes in colour work and in 2021 Jo proudly earnt a full distinction NVQ level 4 in Advance hair techniques and salon management.
Hilary's extensive training and experience with top names in the industry ensures quality in hair cutting and colouring. Hilary has been hairdressing in Lewes for 28 years and is still as excited about her job as she was on day one. Specialises in cutting.
Gam - Hair and Beauty
Gam is the youngest member of the team. She joined Shape back in 2016 when she was finishing her final year at college. Now fully qualified she has developed into a very talented, artistic hairdresser and beauty therapist. She loves creating new looks and styles and has a very soothing nature, which she applies to her beauty work. Specialises in hair up and occasion looks.
Steph is our Junior Stylist and the youngest member of our team. She began her Level 3 training at college in September 2024. Eager to learn all aspects of hairdressing, Steph has a particular passion for colouring. She enjoys expressing her creative flair and is always enthusiastic about applying the new skills she’s learning. Steph lives locally with her family, and in her spare time, she enjoys attending music festivals and helping her friend care for her horses.
